YOTOTO, a technology startup based in London, was to become the world's most trusted and successful hospitality platform.

AKQA was tasked with bringing this vision to life by defining an experience that sets a new standard in the hospitality industry, attracting both customers and investors.
















A powerful partnership

We partnered with Orangery, a creative agency, and Mothership, a software company, both based in UK to form a collective creative force that could work together to bring the concept to life. 

Over the course of 12 weeks, the teams worked in a sprint format to conceptualize and craft the consumer and operator prototypes. The team also worked on producing a vision film that would draw investments.
















The product blueprint

From an operator perspective, the platform had to cater to three audience segments: Owner, Manager and Server. Based on individual user’s needs, several features and functionalities were plotted that were both foundational in aspect and groundbreaking.
A similar exercise was done for the end user who would use the platform to discover, reserve and make group transactions in a seamless and effortless way.
